To have others in the group also be armed with your business card as well as a knowledge of your trade and skills that they can share with others, benefits you as a business person as well.
Through the personal and professional relationships formed within the network, business leads can be given and received. The positive and encouraging atmosphere allows for interaction among members that creates a supportive base for the word of mouth advertising that will occur inside as well as outside meetings.
